CURRENT NUTRITIONAL ANALYSIS
In order to assess your current nutritional state, we will evaluate your current nutrition intake, current eating habits and provide a detailed analysis.
CALORIC NEEDS CALCULATION
The Muller Equation is used to calculate an accurate caloric requirement based on your calculated lean body mass.
MEAL PLAN DESIGN
Your meal plan will be carefully curated to match your needs. This will be designed to be sport, training, and goal specific.
CARDIO SCHEDULE
Cardio will be scheduled separately from training, designed for your goals. Whether your goal is to burn fat or build cardiovascular through conditioning, we will determine the best schedule that fits your revamped lifestyle.
BODY FAT TESTING
Body fat testing is used to determine lean body mass, and allows us to calculate your Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR). Backed by science, not by guessing.
MACROS SCHEDULE
We will determine the proper amount of protein, carbohydrates, and fats needed on a daily basis for your body type and your personal goals.
TRAINING SCHEDULE
We will plan your training schedule to match the needs around your sport. Whether your goal is muscle hypertrophy, muscle strength, or muscle endurance, we will customize your training schedule to align.
CHECK-INS
Weekly, we will perform a weigh-in analysis, along with weekly photos to monitor progress. Each month, we will hop on a call to walk through your progress and any optimizations we can make to your plan. You will also be able to utilize me as a resource with all of your nutritional or fitness oriented questions.
